Rachel + Jeremy-2012

Rachel and Jeremy are so creative. When we met up to sign the contract she was explaining some of her many ideas for her wedding, and I loved seeing all of it come together on her wedding day even better than I imagined. If there ever was a pinterest wedding this was it. I loved shooting this sweet couples big day. Congrats guys!

Alex + Nicole

My good friends Nicole and Alex got hitched! I was so stoked when they asked me to be their photographer, I knew that this wedding would be rad, and it definitely was. They got married at a coffee shop called Night Owl in Fullerton, CA.  12 groomsmen and 6 bridesmaids. To date, both  the most difficult-to-shoot award and the most-epic award goes to this group of guys who made up all the groomsmen. They are all really close and have been for years. So they are all comfortable with each other, they are crazy, they are great. Great wedding, great people. Espositos and clan, I love you guys.

Kaala & Chris-2012

This wedding was gorgeous. It was all the way up in Humboldt area, an hour from the nearest town. But the location was well worth the drive. To give you an idea on how “in the middle of nowhere” this was, here is an excerpt from the directions to get there: (which by the way, were the most entertaining directions I have ever been given)

“The countryside is beautiful but it is also inhabited. By cows. And pigs. And deers. And Turkeys. There are also bears and mountain lions but these are more scarce. Basically just stay sharp since cows like to stand in the middle of the road just around blind corners and deer feel a passionate need to be on the opposite side of the road when you drive by.”

Needless to say, my second shooter, Sarah Elmore, and I made it. And once we pulled up it became very clear that the drive was worth the location. Thank you Kaala and Chris for this opportunity for an adventure!

Tavea & Zach-2012

This couple was fantastic. Tavea and Zach were two of the sweetest and caring bride and grooms I have ever had the pleasure of shooting. And I absolutely loved the cowgirl boots with the dresses. Both the ceremony and reception took place in the beautiful Dove Canyon Country Club. My second shooter was the wonderful Ashley Jones.

Being maid of honor plus photographer is difficult, but not impossible. Here are some shots from my best friend Sarah’s wedding. While it was insane and last minute in a lot of ways, once the wedding actually started it went beautifully. I don’t think it could have been more perfect. Oh, and once they were husband and wife, they walked down the aisle to the terminator theme song. (Matt won)

Jaden & David-2011

When Jaden and David asked me to shoot their wedding after having shot their engagement photos, I was stoked. This couple is so easy to photograph, their chemistry and love for one another is obvious the second you meet them. Everyone was in such support of their marriage, and the bridal party was a blast. This was hands down one of the most beautiful weddings I have ever been to, and I am so excited for this rad couple.

Jesse & Jennifer-2011

Jennifer was one of the very first people I met at Biola. We were both in a bible intensive class for transfer students the first couple weeks before school started. Our paths parted for the next two years, and the next thing I know, she’s engaged! Jesse and Jennifer have an adorable story, and I loved being a part of their big day.
